We collect your email address if you choose to give it to us, and nothing else. We don't sell it, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't track you around the internet. If you want out, email us and you're out.
LoFi Drip House is a mobile coffee cart operated by Star Hopper Brewery LLC in Denver, Colorado. This policy covers information collected through lofidriphouse.com. Questions go to hello@lofidriphouse.com.
Your email address — only if you sign up for our newsletter. We don't ask for your name, your phone number, or anything else.
Basic server logs — our web host automatically records technical details when anyone visits: IP address, browser type, which pages were viewed, and when. Every website does this. It's used to keep the site running and secure.
If you email us about an event or a wholesale order, we keep that email thread so we can actually help you.
You can't buy anything through this website. Purchases happen in person at the cart, and card payments are processed by our point-of-sale provider. Your full card number never touches this site and we never see or store it.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches those fonts, Google receives your IP address as part of that request. We don't control what Google does with it — that's covered by Google's own privacy policy.
Our footer links to Instagram and TikTok. Those are separate companies with their own policies, and clicking through means you're on their turf.
If you subscribe, you get a weekly market schedule and occasional updates on what we're building. Nothing else. Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately, and you can always email hello@lofidriphouse.com and ask to be removed.
We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Server logs are retained on our host's standard schedule.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@lofidriphouse.com and we'll take care of it.
Some states, Colorado included, give residents specific rights over their personal data. Whether or not those laws formally apply to a business this small, we'll honor requests like these anyway. It isn't complicated — we're talking about an email list.
This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
